The 8th compliance period for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) in the Philippines is currently ongoing. This period started on April 15, 2022, and extends until April 14, 2025. During this time, all active members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) must fulfill the MCLE requirement to maintain their good standing.
