Our LECTURERS

Atty. Loanzon majored in Sociology at Miriam College, graduating cum laude and earned a Master of Arts degree in Urban Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines.  She was a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the academic honor society of the U.P. College of Law, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 1987.

Apart from teaching law at the Faculty of Civil Law of the University of Sto. Tomas,  the Institute of Law of the Far Eastern University, the College of Law of the University of the East and the College of Law of the University of the Philippines, she is also an accredited lecturer at the Supreme Court’s Mandatory Continuing Legal Education program.  

As a lawyer and licensed Environmental Planner, Atty. Loanzon has lent her expertise to various strategic government and non-government projects in the Philippines and overseas.  She has also worked in the legislative and executive branches of government, including the Office of the President, the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Office of the Quezon City Mayor.

Atty. Loanzon is a member of various professional organizations, including the Philippine Bar Association, LAWASIA Philippines, the Immigration Lawyers Association of the Philippines (ILAP), the Intellectual Property Attorneys of the Philippines (IPAP), the U.P. Women’s Lawyers Circle (WILOCI), the Philippine Institute of Environment Planners (PIEP) and the U.P. Law Alumni Association, Inc.
