Dean Rita Linda V. Jimeno is the Managing Partner of Jimeno Cope and David Law Offices. She has been the Co- Dean of the Centro Escolar University School of Law since 2011 to the present where she likewise teaches Civil Law Review 1 and 2, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Persons and Family Relations.

She is a Professorial Lecturer of the Philippine Judicial Academy and a member of PHILJA’s ADR Department. She is a Supreme Court-accredited Appellate Court Mediator. She has been a practicing litigation lawyer since 1986, specializing in Civil Law cases, particularly Family Law and Estate Settlement; an international arbitrator and a mediator. She has chaired a Tribunal in an international arbitration case and has been an arbitrator in other international arbitration cases — all under the auspices of the ICC, International Court of Arbitration. She has likewise been an arbitrator in domestic arbitration cases, both under the administration of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

She finished both her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication (major in Broadcasting and Journalism) and Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Philippines. She obtained her Master of Laws degree from the San Beda University Graduate School of Law in 2018. She likewise took up MBA units at the De La Salle University Professional School and short courses on Arbitration in Paris and Hong Kong.
