Since 2014, Atty. Nikki Sarah Jimeno has been a Legal Consultant and Resource Speaker in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas. She is also a Regular Contributing Writer to According to the Law in the website: smartparenting.com.ph and a professorial lecturer in the CEU College of Law and Jurisprudence where she teaches Agency, Partnership, and Trusts; Alternative Dispute Resolutions; and Legal Forms. Concurrently, she is a Junior Partner in Jimeno Cope and David Law Offices specializing in Labor Law, Civil Law, and Family Law.

She is a member of the UP Women Lawyers’ Circle, the Philippine Constitution Association, and she’s the Department Head for Youth’s Activities for the Global Peace Foundation based in Seoul, South Korea.

She took up her Bachelor of Arts in Communications in Ateneo de Manila University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law where she received the 2008 Roberto Sabido Award for Best Legal Paper for her thesis paper on the Writ of Habeas Data. In 2018, she obtained her Masters of Law in Comparative Constitutional Law from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, where she received a full scholarship from the University’s Budapest Foundation’s Master’s Excellence Program. Her LLM Thesis, entitled Decentralization in the Philippines: Lessons from Malaysia and Nepal’s Experiences in Federalism likewise received top marks.
