Our LECTURERS

Atty. Evecar B. Cruz- Ferrer is the Manager of Litigation and Investigation Division of Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA). She is also a consultant of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) guiding the Department of Education and Department of Health in drafting and finalizing their respective Handling Protocols relating to Children in Situations of Armed Conflict (CSAC).

She is also a law faculty member of numerous academic institutions such as Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, De La Salle University College of Law, Arellano University College of Law, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Law. 

In 2022, Atty. Cruz-Ferrer obtained her Diploma on the Law of the Sea from the Yeosu Academy, South Korea. She obtained her degree of Master in International Studies from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. In 2005, she finished her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.
