Our LECTURERS

Aileen L. Amor-Bautista, or ALA, is a Financial Sector Specialist at the World Bank. She worked in the government sector for ten years and previously as a tax and corporate lawyer. Atty. Amor-Bautista was involved in the implementation of credit data submission of financial institutions in the Philippines and was a part-time faculty member for several years, teaching business law subjects on credit transactions, corporate, and sales. She is a lecturer of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. Recently, ALA earned her Master of Laws degree in International Economic Law, with distinction, from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.
